This Oil is very popular in the Arabic World by the names of Arugula oil & in Indian sub-continent it is popularly known as Taramira seed oil. Where as in Western world it is more popular by the name of Watercress or Rocket salad. Watercress is widely used in Salads & whereas in East & Middle east the oil is used for intake & for Hair care.
