Shipping Policy

Overview

We currently ship within the UK, with orders carefully packed to keep herbs, oils, and wellness essentials fresh and intact in transit.

Order Processing Time

Orders placed before 2pm on a business day are usually dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2pm, or on weekends and public holidays, are dispatched the next working day.

Delivery Options & Costs

• Standard delivery — calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination; free on orders over £60.
• Express delivery — a flat fee shown at checkout, for next-working-day dispatch.

Exact shipping costs for your order are always calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

Estimated Delivery Times

• Standard UK delivery — typically arrives within 2–3 working days of dispatch.
• Express delivery — arrives within 24 hours of dispatch.

These are estimates, not guarantees — occasionally couriers experience delays outside our control, particularly around holidays.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking link, and you can also follow its status any time from your account's order history page.

International Shipping

We currently ship within the UK only. International shipping is planned for the future — subscribe to our newsletter to hear when it launches.

Delays & Missed Deliveries

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, check your tracking link first. If it still hasn't turned up or shows as delivered but you haven't received it, contact us at contact@herbalveda.shop within 14 days and we'll investigate with the courier or send a replacement.

Address Changes

If you need to change your delivery address, contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. We can usually update it before dispatch, but can't guarantee changes once an order has shipped.
