Very pleased
The smell is strong, which is how I know it has not been deodorised. I use it on my face at night and on the ends of my hair in the morning. Very happy, and I will be reordering.

Most facial oils are oleic-heavy, which is why oily and blemish-prone skin often rejects them. Tomato seed oil is the opposite: roughly half linoleic acid, the fatty acid that sebum-prone skin is typically short of, and light enough not to sit on the surface.
It also carries lycopene and tocopherols from the seed — the carotenoid family behind the tomato's colour and its antioxidant reputation — which is why it appears in barrier-repair and post-sun formulations.
Pressed from seed recovered from Maharashtra's tomato-processing crop, so this is a genuinely circular ingredient: a by-product stream that would otherwise be waste, cold-pressed and unrefined. Golden-orange, faintly savoury, and a useful oil for skin that has struggled with everything else.

A little goes a long way, so the bottle lasts. The 250ml is the one to buy — the 100ml went in six weeks. Slightly slower delivery than I expected, but the product itself is excellent.
Thick, dark and unrefined, exactly as a cold press should be. The 250ml is the one to buy — the 100ml went in six weeks. A genuinely good product at a fair price.
A little goes a long way, so the bottle lasts. I use it on my face at night and on the ends of my hair in the morning. The only thing I would change is the packaging — a resealable zip would help.
Absorbs beautifully without leaving my skin greasy. I take a teaspoon each morning with a little honey. Marking it four rather than five only because the smell takes some getting used to.
A little goes a long way, so the bottle lasts. A teaspoon massaged into the scalp before washing has made a real difference. Good quality, but stronger than I was expecting and I have had to use much less.

Is this cold pressed?
Ellie B. · 4 weeks ago
Yes, and unrefined — which is why the colour and smell vary a little between batches. That variation is the oil doing what it should, not a fault.

Will it clog pores if I use it on my face?
James H. · last month
That varies from person to person. Try it on a small area for a few days before using it all over, and give any new oil a couple of weeks before deciding.

Do you ship outside the UK?
Tom W. · 2 months ago
We do, to most of Europe. Delivery cost and time are shown at checkout once you've entered an address. Some countries restrict certain botanicals on import, so it's worth checking your own customs rules first.
