Rheumoff is the joint-and-mobility formula: the herbs an Ayurvedic practitioner would reach for first when the complaint is stiffness, aching joints and a body that objects to cold weather.

Shallaki (boswellia) and guggul are the backbone — the two classical anti-inflammatory resins of the tradition, and the two with the most modern research behind them. Ashwagandha is there for the rebuilding, nirgundi and rasna for the joints specifically, and ginger, turmeric and black pepper as the warming, absorption-improving trio that Ayurveda almost never omits.

Sixty 600mg capsules is a month's course at two a day. Vegan HPMC shells, amber glass jar, no fillers or flow agents.

Six weeks in and pleased
I checked the label and there really are no fillers. The 120 capsule jar is much better value for a proper course. Good quality, but stronger than I was expecting and I have had to use much less.

Lovely quality
I keep the jar next to the kettle and have not missed a day. I take mine with breakfast and dinner and it fits easily into the routine. Docking a star only because I would like clearer batch dates on the pack.
