Power Ten is the house blend: ten of the most-used herbs in the Ayurvedic cabinet in a single 600mg capsule, for people who would rather not keep six pouches of powder on the counter and measure them out every morning.
The formula is built around the classical rasayana core — ashwagandha, shatavari, amla, brahmi and tulsi — with turmeric, ginger, moringa, guduchi and shilajit filling out the immunity, digestion and vitality sides. Nothing in it is exotic and nothing in it is there for the label: each of the ten has a documented traditional use and a sensible reason to be in a daily blend.
Vegan HPMC shells, amber glass jar, no magnesium stearate, no rice flour, no bulking agents. Sixty capsules is a month at two a day.

Good size dose
I checked the label and there really are no fillers. Two a day after meals, as suggested, and I have had no digestive upset. Slightly slower delivery than I expected, but the product itself is excellent.

Reliable every time
I keep the jar next to the kettle and have not missed a day. I take mine with breakfast and dinner and it fits easily into the routine. It would be good to have a larger size available.

We don't recommend starting any herbal supplement in pregnancy or while breastfeeding without speaking to your midwife or doctor first. Please take the ingredient list to them and follow their advice over ours.
