MSM was discovered by Robert Herschler (Ph.D.), professor of the Department of Surgery, Oregon Health Sciences University. It is a natural form of sulphur found in all living organisms and is present in our body fluids and tissues, occurring naturally in milk, fruits, vegetables, and grains. MSM may support healthy inflammatory response and is thought to be a natural pain reliever.

Although MSM occurs naturally in foods, even moderate food processing destroys most of it.

Sulphur also plays a role in the detoxification of the liver.

Sulphur is involved with the proper function of enzymes, and is found as part of sulphur-containing amino acids, like L-Cysteine and L-Methionine.

Direction : As a pure ingredient to mix in water, juice, smoothie, shake, and use for formulation, R&D (research and development), cosmetic formulation, or any other proper purpose. General use amount for an adult consumption is 1/4 teaspoon of this powder (about 1 gram) 1~3 times daily. An individual may adjust the serving size for some specific purposes.
